Hello, I'm Emma.
I have created Rebalance as a space for healing and peace. My passion has always been helping people find greater balance, wellbeing and connection within themselves.
My journey into holistic wellbeing began with yoga, and I have been teaching since 2012. I was in a corporate environment and seeing first-hand how stress, burnout, and the challenge of maintaining a healthy work-life balance can affect people at all levels.
Over the years, I have witnessed the incredible transformation that can happen when people are given the time, space and support to slow down, reconnect and simply be themselves.
As I continued my own personal and professional development, I felt called to expand my offerings beyond yoga. I trained in Reiki, becoming a practitioner in 2023, and since then I have continued to develop my skills in a range of complementary therapies including aromatherapy massage, breathwork, meditation and sound healing after being offered the opportunity to take on clients in supported living from my trainer. This evolution led to the creation of Rebalance by Emma Rayner.
Rebalance was born from a desire to offer more than individual treatments or classes. I wanted to create experiences that help people feel safe, seen, supported and valued, regardless of their age, ability or circumstances.
Today, I work with individuals, care homes, supported living services, corporate organisations and community groups, as well as animals, providing tailored wellbeing sessions that nurture both body and mind.
My approach combines therapeutic touch, energy healing, mindful movement, breathwork, relaxation and the healing power of sound through instruments such as gongs, drums, singing bowls and tuning forks.
I believe that wellbeing is not a luxury; it is something everyone deserves access to. Whether I am supporting an older adult in a care home, facilitating a wellbeing session for a team in the workplace, or guiding a group through meditation and sound healing, my intention remains the same - to create a space where people can pause, reconnect with themselves, and return to a state of balance.
I look forward to being part of your wellbeing journey.
